Living One currently offers free standard shipping within the United States and Canada.
How do I check my order status?
After you submit your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email, and once your order ships, a subsequent email with tracking information will be sent. If you need further assistance, please contact a member of the Living One Team here. We can't wait for you to enjoy your Living One products!
How do I return or exchange my order?
Each of our offerings has been designed to care for you. If for some reason they don't, please notify us within 15 days of delivery that you would like to arrange a return. The product must then be returned to us, unaltered, 30 days after the return request was made. Please contact us here with your name, order number, and optionally, reason for return, and we will issue a prepaid return label. Return shipping is free within the United States.
